Where are your data centers located?

Our primary region is located in Kosovo with connectivity into major European hubs. Data residency is kept in the EU/EEA region for workloads that require GDPR alignment. Additional regions can be added based on customer demand.

How is pricing structured for TrustAZ Cloud?

We offer simple, usage-based pricing with hourly billing for compute and storage, plus optional fixed-price bundles for common workloads. There are no hidden fees for basic networking, and you can start small and scale as you go. For committed usage or larger projects, our sales team can provide custom discounts.

Do you help with migration from other cloud providers?

Yes. Our engineers can support you with assessment, planning and migration from on-premise infrastructure or public clouds such as AWS, Azure or GCP. We can help re-create your environment, optimize costs and ensure a smooth cut-over with minimal downtime.

What kind of uptime and SLA can I expect?

Our core cloud platform is designed for high availability and we target enterprise-grade uptime with proactive monitoring 24/7. For customers on an SLA plan, we provide clear uptime commitments and credit mechanisms in case of service disruption.

How does TrustAZ handle security and compliance?

Security is built into every layer of our platform: network isolation, firewalling, encryption in transit and at rest, backup policies and access controls. We follow best practices aligned with industry standards and can support you in meeting your own compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR).

Is there a free trial or test environment available?
